In order to make changes to a reservation customers must cancel the original reservation and rebook.

* If you paid by credit card and cancelled 24 hours before the sailing time from Horseshoe Bay, you will receive a credit to your Mercury On Line account that may be used towards future bookings. To have credits refunded to the customers credit card an administrative fee will be applied.
